Business Development Executive - Remote - International

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with leads to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

  • Identify new business opportunities and lead generation.
  • Lead efforts of business development in International Markets.
  • Generate proposals/contracts for clients and ensure compliance with support of Pre-sales / BA team.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from nurturing the lead to closure to account management.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Ability to manage team and their targets; along with individual contribution to sales quota.
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success.
  • Ability to achieve monthly targets.
  • Team player with experience working with remote teams.
Requirements to Apply
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0 - 5 years' prior IT industry related business development experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and capable of taking initiative.
  • Creative and innovative with self-starter, strive for knowledge & Self development.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
